When a comfort food craving hits — mac and cheese is our forever go-to to deliver a bite of happiness. In this dish, Velveeta, cheddar, butter, milk, and shell pasta bubble together for two-ish hours to form truly one-pot mac and cheese.

Before you dive into this recipe, be sure you have all of your ingredients, which include two and a half cups of milk, a 12 ounce can of evaporated milk, a dash of pepper and cayenne seasoning, salt or garlic salt, dry mustard, a pound of your favorite pasta shells, four ounces of Velveeta, a fourth of a cup of unsalted butter and 12 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese. Add all of your ingredients together in your crock pot and cook on low for two to three hours — stirring once after one hour. Then, mm, cheesy — a delicious dinner awaits!
